A Journey Shaped by Design & Evolution

Adytum’s journey began in 2006 with a belief that design has the power to shape not just buildings, but the way people experience the places around them.

Over the years, the practice has evolved through new ideas, diverse projects, new geographies and an expanding multidisciplinary team. From master planning and architecture to interiors and project management, our journey has been shaped by a continuous pursuit of thoughtful and responsive design.

2006

The Beginning

Adytum started operations under the leadership of its founding team. The practice was built around the belief that every idea should be explored and filtered through multiple layers before being transformed into reality.

2008

Architect of the Year

A significant early milestone in Adytum’s journey, marked by recognition as Architect of the Year.

2010

Real Estate Awards

Adytum’s journey continued with recognition at the Real Estate Awards, marking another important milestone in the firm’s growth.

2011

Lake-Fronts, Kalyan-Dombivli

Adytum’s proposal for the redevelopment of the Kala Talav and Gauripada lake-fronts for Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation was featured in the local press, recognising the firm’s work in sustainable, earth-integrated design.

2013

Expanding the Practice

Adytum continued to evolve its work and capabilities, with every idea being explored through its multidisciplinary approach to design.

2015

CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Award

Garden County, Nashik, received recognition from CNBC Awaaz for Best Project under the Affordable Housing category — one of the practice’s most cherished projects.

2017

8th Real Estate Summit

Adytum won the National Award for Innovative Design at the Annual Real Estate Awards Summit, among more than 120 nominations from across India.

2018

Indian Leadership Award

Adytum Group received the Indian Leadership Award for excellence in Town Planning & Industrial Development, presented by the All India Achievers Foundation at the National Seminar in New Delhi.

2020

Continued Recognition

Adytum’s journey continued through new projects, experiences and industry recognition.

2023

Continued Evolution

The practice continued to grow through new opportunities, projects and recognition, while remaining rooted in its philosophy of Livable Architecture.

2024

Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana

Adytum received the Research & Excellence Award at Design Mission India for its contribution to low-cost housing, entrusted with designing over 80,000 homes for the EWS and LIG segments across seven states.

The People Behind the Practice

Adytum is guided by its founding directors, whose complementary expertise brings together design, environmental thinking, client focus and business leadership.

ADITYA VORA

Director

Client focus and enthusiasm for design is what drives Aditya’s success.

As the founding director of the company, he brings a cumulative work experience of 20 years, including 5 years of international expertise. He is mainly responsible for design conceptualisation, business development, client servicing and the overall growth of the company in line with changing market trends and new technological advancements in the field of design and construction.

He is a member of the Council of Architecture (COA), India, and is also an associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

MEERA VORA

Director

As the founding director of Adytum and with her deep concern for the environment, Meera is committed to providing earth-integrated solutions to each project from its infancy.

With her extensive knowledge in environmental design, backed by 20 years of work experience including 3 years of international exposure, she provides site-specific sustainable and green design solutions to projects.

She is an active member of several professional organisations including the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), USGBC / LEED USA (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), TERI GRIHA and the Council of Architecture, India.

Couturier Archana K. has revolutionised the fashion industry in Mumbai for over two decades. She partners with Adytum to blend architecture with fashion that is modern, yet deep rooted with the Indian cultural ethos.

DR. J. P. RAO

Design & Build

Dr. Rao brings his immense 40-plus years of experience as a guide and driving force behind the firm’s design and contracting projects. His knowledge enriches the organisation at multiple levels, rendering a depth to overall client satisfaction.

RAKESH CHAWLA

Real Estate

With over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in real estate, Rakesh is a mentor for joint-venture developments and business acquisitions. His vision blends with the firm’s design skills to service Mumbai’s realty industry.

SUHEL ULDE

Business Development

Concept to implementation is Suhel’s mantra. He is responsible for acquiring new business for the firm’s financial growth, networking with investors and international partners as key forte ensuring end-to-end project delivery.
